About The Practice

Ann Limric has worked in the Healing Arts since 1991. It is her intention 
to help people feel better in their bodies, minds and energetic states.

Ann’s earliest training at St. Mary’s Junior College in 1987-88 
focused on Health & Wellness Counseling. 
Those studies led her to the path of massage 
at Touch of Life School of Massage in 1989-90. 
Through this experience, she was introduced to shiatsu, which for Ann became a life-altering experience as it brought her to study shiatsu at the Minnesota Center for Shiatsu Study (now CenterPoint) in 1992-94.

Ann was the first massage therapist to work on Ward D5, the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit, at Fairview Children’s Hospital in 2010.

Ann´s interest in energy and space led her to study feng shui through a
two-year program of the Wind and Water School of Feng Shui. In 2008
she became a Certified Feng Shui Consultant.
